Nila Zojaji was born in Tehran. She was involved in theatre early in life. She found her passion for the first time on stage when she was 6 years old. Soon after learning writing, Nila was 8 when wrote her first short story, that is when she fell in love with writing.
At the age of 14, as a storyteller, Nila got her diploma in script writing from The Center of Young Cinematographers. When she was 16, she was relocated to Dubai with her family. While she was involved in theatre, Nila later decided she wanted to become a doctor. She attended the Rak Medical and Health Sciences University, UAE, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in medicine and surgery. Meanwhile she wrote, directed and starred in a play which won 3 awards at Sharjah Festival of Theater and Art, UAE. Later on in Dubai, Nila starred in plays by Chekhov, directed by Ali Foomani. Switching gears to pursue her first love academically, Nila then decided to study acting, therefore she moved to Los Angeles in 2016, to received her Master’s Degree with Honors, in Fine Art, Acting for Film.
Nila is a program manager of Embrace Growth Media where she hosts four live TV/Radio shows per week.
